Oliver Crawford

Principle Chiropractor and clinic owner

Originally, I intended to be a GP, but after a weeks work experience I decided against it. The GP asked if I had considered being a Chiropractor, I considered it and to cut a long story short I started my training. That was over 25 years ago! While training as a Chiropractor, a very good friend of mine died in his sleep at 22 of a sudden cardiac problem. This tragic event really shaped my understanding around life and health. Life felt so short in those moments, and I decided to commit to making a long term change in my customers lives, rather than just making them feel a bit better. I committed to restoring spinal health for the long term, as life is simply too short not to. I love helping my customers speedily recover from their back problems. However, what I really enjoy is keeping them well. For me that is the pinnacle of Chiropractic excellence, and in my opinion what most patients want.

Professional Experience

I have been a Chiropractor for over 25 years. Over that time, I have helped lots of people get well and stay well. I graduated from the AECC where I did my BSc(hons), and my MSc(chiro). I have also completed all four parts of the NBCE American Chiropractic exams, which in a way makes me double qualified as a Chiropractor as I am qualified in the UK and USA! Over the years I have worked with Olympic cyclists, members of the British gymnastics team, European and World champion kick boxers, and British boxing title contenders, even professional downhill mountain bikers (when they are not breaking limbs!) I think it’s fair to say I have seen most of the low back problems there are. I really enjoy the challenge of working with really chronic spinal problems, and it gives me great satisfaction to help my customers get well, and most importantly stay well.
