I have always worked in customer service, with my last role lasting 19 years with a Housing Association, meeting and supporting a huge variety of people. I'm delighted to have joined an amazing team of incredibly dedicated and knowledgeable professionals.

 

It is a privilege to make a real difference to our patient's wellbeing and I'm passionate about supporting our patients with empathy and kindness as they start their care journey right through to maintenance thereafter.
